About IIHR Global HR Leadership Awards

The IIHR Global HR Leadership Awards recognize outstanding individuals and organizations for their exemplary contributions to the field of Human Resources. These prestigious awards, presented at the Global HR Conclave 2024, celebrate achievements in areas such as HR leadership, innovation, talent management, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, digital transformation, and organizational development.

The awards honour leaders who have demonstrated excellence in shaping workplace culture, driving strategic HR initiatives, and contributing to the overall growth and success of their organizations. By highlighting such remarkable efforts, the IIHR Global HR Leadership Awards aim to inspire professionals to further enhance their HR practices, making significant strides toward achieving the Viksit Bharat@2047 vision. 

Awards CategoriesNominations are accepted from both individuals and organizations. 

Individual Awards Categories: Five categories of Individual Awards are presented to an individual HR professional based on career service and impact on the professional in corporate world. 

  1. Best HR leadership Award (Large scale organization- turnover between exceeding Rs. 10000 Cr)    OR     Best HR leadership Award (Mid-sized s organization- turnover between Rs. 1000 – 10000 Cr)  OR  Best HR leadership Award (Small scale organization- turnover less than Rs. 1000 Cr) 
  2. Young HR Leadership Awards 
  3. Women HR leadership Award
  4. Sustainable workforce Excellence Award
  5. Outstanding Leadership Award

Organizational Awards Categories: Five categories of organizational Awards are presented to HR departments and are based on the effectiveness of HR initiatives and the implementation of HR programs. The criteria used to evaluate nominations for these six awards include originality, difficulties encountered in solving real word issues, complexity of the problem, deployment, overcome hurdles, impact, sustainability and outcomes.

Rule & regulation:

  1. Last date to submit Registration form is 10 November 2024. Submit registration form along with the fee before last date.
  2. The file size should not be more than 25MB.
  3. The duration of video/audio should not exceed 2 minutes.
  4. An entry will be deemed accepted only when the entry fee as prescribed has been received by the Awards organizer through an online payment. No refund will be made, once the payment is submitted.
  5. The decision of the jury is final. Entrants whose entries are shortlisted will be notified by Email Communications.
  6. The Awards are judged by a panel of independent judges. The judges reserve the right to re-classify or reject any entry that does not comply with the requirements of these Terms of Entry or the entry criteria. No feedback will be given on individual/organizational entries. In all matters, the decision of the judges shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered.
  7. If no Participant in a category are found to be satisfying the eligibility by the Awards Management, the prize may be cancelled. The decision of the Awards Management in this regard will be final and non-contestable. The Awards Management will not entertain any queries in this regard.
  8. All entries must be submitted by Submission Date. The Awards organizer has no responsibility for the incomplete entries and all such entries will be deemed invalid.
  9. The Award categories may be changed / modified / split / merged / increased or cancelled by the Awards Management and / or Jury based on the number of entries received in any category, and the quality of the entries. The decision in this regard will be final, non-contestable and binding on all participants. The Awards Management will not entertain any queries in this regard.
