Integrated Institute of Human Resource (IIHR) is organizing Global HR Conclave-2024 on 19 November 2024 at India International Centre (IIC) Delhi. The theme of the conclave is “Viksit Bharat@2047: Role of Corporate/HR Leaders”.

Submission Guidelines

  • Papers should be research-based, highlighting original insights into the field of human resources and its role in driving the Viksit Bharat@2047
  • Articles can reflect on industry trends, best practices, and innovative approaches to HR challenges.
  • Case Studies should offer real-world examples of successful HR interventions, practices, or strategies that align with the conclave’s theme.

  • Abstract Submission Deadline: 01 November 2024
  • Full Paper/Article/Case Study Submission Deadline: 10 November 2024
  • Notification of Acceptance: 14 November 2024

Submission Requirements:

  • Word limit for papers: 3,000–5,000 words.
  • Articles: 1,000–1,500 words.
  • Case studies should be 1,500–3,000 words and include key outcomes and learnings.
  • All submissions must be original and unpublished.
  • Format: Times New Roman, 12-point font, double-spaced, APA citation style.
  • Submissions must be original and unpublished work.
  • The abstract should be between 250-300 words.
